When Departing the Cairns Domestic Airport

1. Park your car near the car park exit gate which is in a direct line to the main pay station on your way to departures at the domestic terminal public car park
2. Take your keys, car park entry ticket and form with you
3. Make your way to the Airport Car Storage Domestic security box located at the main pay station in the middle front of the domestic terminal public car park.

4. Please fill out the payment method section on the form (attached), if you have not supplied a payment method previously.
   
   

   Please Note: If you happen to forget your booking agreement form there are blank forms and yellow envelopes located in the middle drop down draw of the Airport Car Storage Domestic security box (please see image below).

5. Please make sure that the form has been filled out, signed and all the information is correct, place it with your car park entry ticket and keys, inside the yellow envelope provided before sealing.
   
   

   Please note: We need the car park entry ticket to be able to get your car out of the car park. Cairns Airport charge $20 minimum if the ticket is lost or taken with you by mistake.

   
   
6. Place your sealed yellow envelope in the Key Drop Off section, which is at the bottom of the Airport Car Storage Domestic security box.

When Departing the Cairns International Airport

1. Park your car in the Cairns International Airport car park
2. Take your keys, car park entry ticket and form with you
3. Make your way to the Airport Car Storage International security box, which is a yellow box located under the stairs at the arrivals section, between the Red Spot Car Rental and Public Phone Booth inside the International terminal.

4. Please make sure that the attached form has been filled out, signed and all the information is correct. Please fill out the payment method section on the form, if you have not supplied a payment method previously.

1. Spare key has been marked on your booking.
2. On return your car will be parked near the exit gate of the Cairns domestic terminal public car park, with your keys, receipt and pre-paid car park exit ticket in a yellow envelope.
3. The Yellow envelope will be located either:
   1. In the side pocket of the car door, if your car does not have this -
   2. It will be under the floor mat
   3. In some cases the keys cannot be locked in the car, if this happens;
      • the car will be locked and the keys left in the boot of the car or;
      • Your keys will be placed in a yellow envelope with your pre-paid car park exit ticket and receipt and left in the top section of our Airport Car Storage Domestic security box, which is located at the main pay station in the middle front of the domestic terminal public car park.
      • You will receive an SMS confirmation with the unlock code.
4. Please use the pre-paid car park exit ticket, to exit the car park.

NO Spare Key

1. No Spare Key has been marked on your booking.
2. On return, make your way to the Airport Car Storage Domestic security box, which is located at the main pay station in the middle front of the Cairns domestic terminal public car park.
3. Your keys, receipt and pre-paid car park exit ticket will be in a yellow envelope in the top section of the Airport Car Storage Domestic security box.
4. The unlock code will be sent to you via SMS once your booking has been processed in the system.
   If you have not received this code before your return date, please contact Airport Car Storage during business hours and we will advise you of the unlock code.
5. Take out the yellow envelope with your name on it.
6. Please make sure the Airport Car Storage Domestic security box is closed and locked before you leave.
7. Your car will be parked near the exit gate of the Cairns domestic terminal public car park.
8. Please use the pre-paid car park exit ticket, to exit the car park.

Keep Key

1. Keep key has been marked on your booking.
2. On return your car will be parked near the exit gate of the Cairns domestic terminal public car park.
3. Your receipt and pre-paid car park exit ticket will be in a yellow envelope.
4. The yellow envelope will be located either:
   1. In the side pocket of the car door, if your car does not have this -
   2. It will be under the floor mat
5. Please use the pre-paid car park exit ticket, to exit the car park.

After completing your booking, you will be taken to a booking confirmation page - at the bottom of the page is a link you can follow to pay with your credit card. Form - If you do not wish to quote your credit card over the phone, when you arrive at the Cairns Domestic Airport simply fill in your credit card details on the booking form at the Airport Car Storage security box. For Domestic flights, you can use the Airport Car Storage security box which is located at the main pay station at the middle front of the public car park of the Cairns Airport Domestic terminal. Once completed, place the booking form in the envelope with your keys and car park entry ticket. For Domestic flights, place the envelope in the bottom "Key drop off" slot of the Airport Car Storage security box.

Cash

You also have the option of paying by cash. On departure, all you need to do is insert the correct amount of cash into the envelope along with your keys, booking form and car park entry ticket. Then place the envelope in the bottom "Key drop off" slot of the Airport Car Storage security box.
